The challenge

Clean modules against imperfect site conditions.

The wall-panel pattern needed to remain visually controlled while columns, corners and existing surfaces varied from the ideal drawing line.

I&O checked each room, established the working datum and prepared the grounds and framing required by the approved detail. Panels were squared and scribed on site where necessary, with screen openings, sockets, trims and corner interfaces measured from the confirmed finished positions.

The installation sequence protected the visible module pattern and allowed remaining AV and electrical interfaces to be completed accurately.

Support and build-up details installed to the approved package information.

Panel setting-out

Module joints and visual datums established consistently across each elevation.

Scribing

Perimeter panels fitted to real columns and walls where site conditions were out of plumb.

Media openings formed to confirmed positions with controlled clearances and finished edges.

Visible junctions completed with consistent lines around returns and adjoining finishes.
