Scope of work

From opening to final adjustment.

I&O Construction installs supplied doorsets and hardware for commercial interiors in London and across the UK.

We review the opening, floor level, frame detail and door schedule before fitting. Our site work can include frames and linings, hanging and adjusting leaves, fitting hinges, locks, latches, closers, handles, push plates, stops and seals where specified.

We pay close attention to clearances, consistent gaps, smooth operation and the interface with adjacent wall finishes and skirtings. Fire, acoustic and security performance depend on the approved doorset specification and installation instructions; those requirements must be confirmed for each package.

Survey & setting-out

Check openings, levels, handing, schedules and delivered components before installation.

Frames & leaves

Fit, hang and adjust supplied components to the approved detail and site conditions.

Hardware & finishing

Install specified ironmongery, then check function, alignment and visible finish.
